To the delight of its fans everywhere the smash hit television comedy has been adapted for the stage by its original creators. The MPAC in-house production is set for a rib-tickling season.
The double entendres are non-stop as the well-loved staff of Grace BroÂ’s department store prepare for a sale and then depart on a staff holiday at a one-star hotel in Spain. With the aid of a nunÂ’s habit, a bowler hat and Mrs SlocombeÂ’s Union Jack knickers they survive their holiday with everything intact but their modesty!
Mim Smith performing the role of Mrs Slocombe, Alan Bergin as Mr Humphries, the role of Captain Peacock will be played by Peter Shaw, Brad Tudor as Mr Lucas & Natalie Edge performing Miss Brahms.
