Stepping Out - The Final Cut.
Sun, 8 May 2005, 11:23 pmWell.. For the people of theatre that saw our debut production, the Phoenicians wish to express their heartfelt thanks for your support and encouragement.
For those of you who did not, you have missed the chance of a lifetime!
The season has now closed with today's matinee being our final performance of the play, and judging by the comments recieved by the cast and crew from the audience throughout the season, we are proud to say we did a damn fine job!
Never again will the sounds of tapping feet be heard in our auditorium, no more shall Glenda Fraser tinkle the ivories in a manner that only she could. Geoffrey and the girls have hung up their tap shoes.
The set is struck, the stage once again bare.
UNTIL THE NEXT TIME!!
Auditions for the upcoming Phoenix Theatre production will soon be announced!
