I Could Take Out My Gun and Shoot You
Sat, 29 Jan 2005, 09:05 amWhether you get one of the many messages in this play or not, it is a play to be seen for its fun, its love and its hot men.
But basically it is a tale that needs to be told and the company of players tells it in exquisite style.
Performances by the three male leads are amazing, their talents moving them through gentle love, crazy moments and sad scenes with the delicate touches that these characters demand. Dale Barnard, Kirk Goodsell and James Robertson Harley are a trio of actors whose perfromances must rate with the best.
I am not alone in saying that I must see this play again - and maybe even again.

Re: I Could Take Out My Gun and Shoot You
the play was amazing!!! i laughed from the start to the finish and even had a tear in parts. i wasnt sure what to expect but i can definatly say that the standard of actors and the way they played the roles was second to none and mixed in with an excellent script was one of the most entertaining nights i have had at the theatre. i have to applaud dale and kirk for their performances. Especially huge applause goes to james harley who, combined with some out there outfits, and an out there character showed his versatility as an actor by being serious when it counted yet still providing the much loved comic relief throughout the show pardon the pun but "snaps" to you my friend. the whole cast did exceptionally well.
a fantastic show thoroughly enjoyed by everyone there.
