Storm the Stage results?
Wed, 3 Nov 2004, 12:57 amHello,
I was just wondering what the results were for Storm the Stage last night? Or even if someone could write a review on the evening if possible.
Many thanks,
Brock

Thu, 4 Nov 2004, 10:20 pmWell after that fantastic review from Christine I dont think that there is much more left to say - so I will keep it brief!!
I also had the privilege of attending the Storm the Stage Grand Final at the Burswood Theatre on Tuesday. I use the term 'privilege' because that is indeed what it was - a true privilege to see such an oustanding array of talent displayed by such young members of our community.
Every single one of the young people on that stage no doubt have a very bright future ahead.
All finalists on the night were absolutley amazing and I dont think there was even a second during any of the performances that anyone in the audience was not totally 100% captivated and in awe of the talant and potential these young people displayed!
A huge congratulations to all finalists, and best wishes for a very bright future ahead - you are all winners!!.
Finally, to the people that made this extrodinary event possible. An event like this does not happen overnight. It takes many months of preparation, planning, dedication and of course hard work (not forgetting the stress that goes along with it!).
I would like to congratulate all the organisers and supporters of STS including the Rotary Club of Cannington who adopted the program, as well as all the Rotary Clubs around WA who supported the STS intiative and made it all possible. Without your support there would not have been a Storm the Stage!!!
And last but not at all least, to the truly amazing Kerri Hilton, congratulations on a fantastic and very successful event. Your dedication, committment, and many hours of hard work (and stress!) has all been worth it and has paid off. You have provided many young people of WA with the opportunity to believe in their talant and pursue their dreams, giving them the hope of one day making their dream a reality!.
Cant wait till Storm the Stage goes National next year!!!
CONGRATUALTIONS ONCE AGAIN TO ALL!
