Terrible Jim Fitch
Fri, 21 Nov 2003, 10:11 amAlthough it is a two-hander, Olivia Darby's character "Sal" is merely a presence, it is "Jim", played by Ian Bolgia, that does all the talking. The play is a great vehicle for Ian, and he does a brilliant job as the sadistic red neck. You could see the pain and fear behind the eyes of both characters as their disturbing relationship unfolds. Olivia Darby's stage presence is captivating, a must-see for directors looking for new talent.
