flats needed urgently

I'm staging an arts event in Northbridge(WA) and I really need 38 standing flats, in three weeks time. So far the cheapest option has been to buy the timber and make them myself but that's gonna cost over $1000. So i'm desperstely appealing to anyone who has any advice on a different way to go about aquiring them, if i can buy the material cheaper or if anyone has any they can sell, lend or hire to me it would be great to hear from you.
