Performing Arts Schools in WA

I was wondering if anyone could help me with some information about performing arts shcools in WA for youth.
I have a 11 year old sister who is talented in Drama, Dance and Singing. She has been involved in musicals, TV work, commercials etc in South Australia. However she is currently shifting to Western Australia and I am wanting to know of what is the best performing arts school to send her to. In Adelaide she is currently involved with South Australian Casting and Mighty Good Productions. I am wanting something similar in Perth. A school that basis is Drama, Dance and Singing and who also have an agency for auditions etc that come up.
If anyone could help or put me in the right direction it would be great.

The key here is possibly deciding what "the top" means to you. Geographically, I'm not sure why people automatically think 'eastern states'...the Northern Territory is closer to the top! (and WA is much cheaper and nicer, in my parochial opinion!)
But, if you want to be on Broadway, there's only one street in the world to aim for, so maybe you've got to head where the action you seek is.
The people I know who HAVE ended up in 'broadway' type shows in Aus (Les Mis, Mama Mia, Phantom etc) actually either got the job from auditions in WA BEFORE they went east, or went through the training at WAAPA before going east to audition as part of the course.
If you're heading over east as part of a plan, then bon chance. If you're just heading that way without a plan because nothing's happened in Perth yet, maybe it's not the place after all, but the lack of a plan.
I'm not saying that Perth is abundant with opportunities, because it's obviously not. But even places like Sydney, Melbourne, ...London, NY...etc, aren't actually that abundant with opportunities either, even though there's more product.
So do your homework: where are you now, skill & opportunity-wise, and where do you want to be? How can you get yourself to that level?
If you need and want to move locations, plan ahead to find the opportunities you're after.
But don't forget how much of this industry is word of mouth, so perhaps there are untapped opportunities in the tutors and performers you've already made contact with right here in your back yard.
