I saw The World Goes 'Round last night and I must say it was a fantastic show. The ensemble worked beautifully together with great focus and energy throughout. The performance flowed beautifully and it was also very funny. I could go on and on about it but for now I'll just mention each of the performers and what I enjoyed most about them.

Amanda Chesterton

Amanda is a wonderful character actress as we so enjoyed last year, when she was Madame Thenardier in Les Mis at the Regal. She is such a versatile performer, with a great professionalism and she is a joy to watch. My personal favourite was "Arthur" from The Act.. hilarious!! I really can't say enough about Amanda!

Stuart Laing

Stuart, as always was totally involved at all times and had a huge energy. "Kiss of the Spider Woman" was incredible, his voice is just beautiful and he was very intimidating in this song! "The Happy Time" was also wonderful - a very sensitive portrayal. I enjoyed his "Norm" character as well!! Great work Stuart, you're a joy to watch.. keep at it!

Chris Kabay

Chris is just wonderful also. His performance was entertaining, honest and focused. Loved "Sara Lee" and "I Don't Remember You." The harmonies were uplifted by the sparkling tenor line and his solos were very enjoyable. Chris has a very sensitive, easy- to - listen- to kind of voice.. if that makes sense! Great job Chris!

Bree Mcgurk

Bree was also excellent. Her comic timing is wonderful and she was really funny in the humourous songs.. "The Grass is Always Greener" and "Class" Bree has a remarkable lower register, a beautiful tone and an all around great stage presence. Well done!

Analisa Bell

Analisa has a lovely voice, "Maybe This Time" and (most especially) "My Coloring Book" (love that song!) were beautiful. Analisa also has wonderful expression and acting-wise she was extremely good - and funny! Really enjoyed your performance Analisa!

Simon Holt, this was a triumph, congratulations on a great show to start off your new company. The show was put together beautifully and I loved all the little suprises/comedy/props etc. The ensemble was beautifully balanced, focused and obviously rehearsed - the show was so "tight" - they didn't miss a beat.

Congratulations to all and thanks for a lovely evening!
