HAMLET
Fri, 22 Mar 2002, 02:38 pmI am a school student and this was the first Shakespeare play i had seen but i thought it was great. I am no play guru but there were a few mistakes made throughout the evening which were noticable.
David Meadows plays Hamlet so well and by the looks of it with ease. He made everyone gasp for air at certain times ot laugh with happiness. He was truley amazing.
Every play has its few fumbles yet this version of Hamlet may i add only had a couple. There were sometimes when you could tell an actor had forgotten their lines but once again they bounced back up and recovered which was excellent. One of the actors in Hamlet however did not project his voice aswell as could of been because some of the comments said could not be heard all the way at the back.
The ending scene gets everyone on the end of their seats no matter how many times they have seen Hamlet it ws once again truley amazing.
Once again praise goes to David Meadows you play Hamlet ever so beautifully.
