This one's worth going to for sure. It's riveting, knuckle wrenching stuff. Perfect length, great story, great cast, brilliant writing & lighting. Not an easy ride at all, but sooo worth it. It's on at the Athenaeum till the 18th of November.

I saw this too last night, there was a huge crowd and the group I went wtith all said the same thig - that if all theater was this good we'd be happy to go more often.
Everything abotu it was great.

Now youv'e all read about Jack the Ripper in Melbourne and wish you could afford to go over and see it, book your tickets for the local version at
The Old Mill Theatre in S. Perth!
This is a "musical thriller" version and features lots of lovely lasses in gorgeous costumes, a wonderful set and some very well known names from Perth's community theatre scene.
Peter Fry, Warrick Bailey, Peter Hill, Drew Elliott and lots of beautiful dancing girls. We've even got a real magician

I just saw this & it was @!#$ amazing. All but two in the cast were brilliant. I'd heard good things but was skeptical , i'm a big Ripper fan. I was very curious to see what they'd do with the James Maybrick journals - it was clever all round.
