Have just come home from a great night out. The players were running hot tonight as they competed in improvised theatre to be the Micetro for the night. I have always enjoyed TheatreSports but tonight is the best I have seen all season. My cheeks hurt from laughing so much. I recommend it to anyone. I centainly have my tickets for the Grand Final.

RE: TheatreSports

Hi,
I am in my 4th year at jcu cairns and puting a arts folio together and was hoping that you might be able to help me. I would like to teach theatresports to upper primary and would like some info on how to go about it, its generic structure, and so on. I have watched theatresports over the years and i think it is just great and is a real learning curve. My daughter won theatresports 2 years in a row here in Cairns and I just love the spontaneous responses that kids come up with. I have not seen it taught in primary school and feel it should be as it is a way to build self-esteem and teamwork. If you could help me in any way I would be greatly appreciated (even a website that may have a manual on styles and genres for theatresports would be great!
Cheers,
Danielle
