A Must See Show

I have recently been privileged in seeing an interesting piece of local, free-form, audience participation, performance art work-in-progress.

The part of the squirrel was portrayed adequately by (unknown, I didn't pick up a programme) and the performance was believable, although I found it difficult to warm to the characterisation. Perhaps more thought could have gone into the possible interpretation by others of the dialogue.

Special mention must go to Ben Sorgiovanni for his intelligent and constructive monologues.

The setting was meticulously laid out with expert precision. Congratulations must go to set designer Grant Malcolm.

The enthusiasm and vigour of the audience participation was a joy to behold, however some of the dialogue was at times unkind which detracted from the overall production.

It's great to see Perth expanding into new areas of performance.

[This was done in the best possible taste.]
