Thanks for this info, John:

----------------------------

i tried sticking this in your billboard but it spat at me.

Given how hard it is to create a career in comedy, why would roughly 15 comedians want to head into the deep south, big timber country, and try and get laughs from a large group of people, under intense pressure, because their livelihoods are under threat and the forests are full of people who want to cut them down or hang onto them forever? Why? Anybody? And if you think this is a joke, get yourself down to Pemberton this weekend and see how it's done.

It's on this weekend 18 & 19 August!!

Cheers
Grant

It was a fabulous festival. Not only are our local comedians just as good as the big names from the east but Al Rogers and his Staging Connections team produced a slick, professional event that ROCKED!!!!!!
Congratulations to everyone involved and thanks for giving me such a warm and loving reception (special kisses to Jo and Julie who were the strength behind the blokes).
