Performing Arts Venues

Preferred site appears to be Garden City area, which is where the city admin cente is situated.

Cost expected to be around $14 million and to seat 800
another comment in another article "Residents would also be surrendering the right to see national and international acts perform in their city if the centre did not go ahead"
