Blak Yak Theatre presents...
Terry Pratchett's
SOURCERY

adapted and directed by Daniel Sloan

Ho hum, Blak Yak Theatre is doing yet another one of their nationally renowned Discworld plays. No doubt it will will be an action packed, high octane, explosive(1) romp involving near nudity, graphic violence and the gratuitous use of an orang-utan(2).

So, what's it atually about? Well, it's your stereotypical love story(4) about a boy and his staff, a plot for world domination which will inevitably result in Armageddon, an inept wizard caught up in it all, oh, and a magic talking hat. Think Sword and Sorcery meets the Arabian Nights.

Interested? Of course you are. The casting call is now on for heroes, villains and wizards, wizards, wizards.

Auditions are being held at: The Don Russell Performing Arts Centre (Murdoch Road Thornlie, Perth, WA)

They'll be on: Saturday and Sunday the 19th and 20th of August.

For more information, or to book an audition day, call either Daniel on 0411 295 758, or Melissa on 041 799 4544. Or e-mail me at DanielJSloan@hotmail.com

See you there.

(1) Yes, we're blowing things up again.
(2) No actual nudity, violence or orang-utans will be seen in this show(3).
(3) Well, maybe an orang-utan and possibly some blood and guts, but it's all strictly for comedic effect.
(4) Alright, not an actual love story so much, although there is a romantic sub-plot, but it's irrelevant and we won't dwell on it here.
