I remember everyone was talking about the recent productions of Les Miserables a little while back.
I thought some of you may be interested that there is another production in NSW, scheduled for performance next March (2001) with Strathfield Musical Society.
The audition process has been going for about a week and a half, two weeks now (due to hundreds of auditionees), and callback auditions are being held on the weekend (I have a callback for Eponine!), so rehearsals will be going ahead soon.
Because of the Olympics and Christmas there are going to be 2 sets of holidays during the rehearsal period.
