Auditions Again!

I posted a message about this last week (and have had a few people email me - thanks guys!) but here is some more information.

Blak Yak Theatre has just received permission to mount a stage adaptation of an episode of the popular TV show, "Frontline". This will be presented as a one-act play (naturally) and is to be directed by one of our younger members for entry into the youth section of the upcoming drama festival(s).

As per the rules of the festival(s), the director is 18 years of age and, accordingly, all members of the cast must be 18 years old, or under, at the time of DramaFest (September 14-16). (It doesn't matter if you're 18 years, 11 months and 3 weeks old - just as long as you're under 19.)

If you're interested, please contact me ASAP. Auditions will be held at the City of Gosnells Don Russell Performing Arts Centre, Murdoch Rd, Thornlie, on Sunday afternoon, July 23, from 2.30 PM. For more information, please don't hesitate to contact me by email, or Geoff on 9527 1968.

Jarrod Buttery,
President,
Blak Yak Theatre.
