KADS Cabaret
------------
The KAD's Cabaret 2000 season is 23rd/24th June & June 30th/1st July 2000.
The Producer, Michael Taylor is having a meeting on Saturday 8th April at
2:30pm at KADS Theatre, to outline his theme of Australian Icons of
Entertainment through the years from the early 1800's to the present day.
The show will include examples of music, singing, dancing, films, shows,
television and other aspects of entertainment in Australia through that
period.
From Banjo Patterson to Sir Les Patterson, Frank Ifield to John Farnham,
Rachel Lazar (Spanish dancer 1838) to Strictly Ballroom, Dame Nellie Melba
to Dame Joan Sutherland, Olivia Newton-John to Natalie Inbruglia, The
Delltones to INXS, John Waters to Anthony Warlow, Don Burrows to James
Morrison
So we need singers, dancers, jazz and other musicians, comedians etc etc...
If you think you can contribute to a really fun journey through history he
would like to see you there on the 8th and you can show Michael what (or
who) you can do. A Tape and CD player will be available if required.
If you have any questions at all please call Michael on 9497 4741.
=======
Thanks a bunch
See you
Mike Taylor
