Fringe Anyone?
Tue, 31 Aug 1999, 07:34 pmThe new WA Fringe Festival registration forms are available. That's not the old Festival Alternative Fringe, now Artrage, that used to be part of the Festival of Perth, which is now Perth International Arts Festival - the other one.Did anyone follow that? If you think that anyone in Perth is likely to have some spare bucks to spend on your show after splurging on the PIAF(used to be FOP), then you might like to contact the PIAF office about being a part of the WAFF (not Artrage that used to be the FAF - that's much later in the year). They'll be only too pleased to relieve you of anything from $50-$200 depending on the size of your act. In return they will give you information on finding venues and will help you market the show. The WAFF will be officially launched on Friday at the Head Office Hair Salon in the QV1 building in the city.Registration forms are available from operations coordinator Christina Lambert on 9380 8603.
