REHEARSAL VENUE AVAILABLE
Tue, 10 Aug 1999, 02:03 pmA small,historic hall in Guildford (built in 1865) is available as a rehearsal venue on some nights each week & most Saturdays for the next few months. The Mechanics Institute in Meadow St Guildford (next to the Post Office) is managed by Olivers Music Hall which will finish it's 3 month season on Saturday 14 August. The hall has a very small stage (Olivers only has 4 in it's cast) & a "flat floor" auditorium which seats 50 at tables. Rehearsals would need to be non-amplified as the hall is close to housing.
