Or maybe people who are involved strongly in community theatre for a couple of years and then seem to vanish?In my reminiscent moods, I sort of feel wistful about days gone by and just wonder why they disappeared?

At least, so it seemed for me. I won't speak for anyone else. I'm sure they'll be able to do that themselves.Some people just move on, either by moving up in the world or moving elsewhere. I've had many people fade from my life as my desires and pursuits changed. I guess this happens in theatre as well. Not much one can do about it but be Wistful.
