Where Is Joe????

Got most of it done so far - Production costs, venue and touring costs and a budget based on 25% of house recovery, mise en scene designs (lighting, set & costume)and production touring schedules to 4 Regional Performing arts centres. But coming up against the usual obstructions you have in community theatre - administration and committees. Like all ventures with them - there is no adventure, because they insulate them selves behind four walls, nothing exists beyond and there is kitchen sink drama or parlour farces?Why do I bother? - on the back burner again!Maybe I'll will start new theatre group, I keep saying it! - but I become rather loyal and i don't know why?I probably go to see 'MPAC' down the road, but the I feel this is only proping up a pro theatre jobs while using up community resources!Ah - well!I'll do something positive and get a proper job!Joe McCabe
