Error messages: CGIwrap

My apologies to anyone (hi Jeff and Jarrod!) that may have encountered error messages this afternoon while attempting to view messages on Gossip Central.After 1.5 years and 1,500 messages, we finally uncovered a bug in the CGI script that works behind the scenes serving up current information to everyone that comes to visit.The bug is almost squashed.
