Thu, 8 July 1999, 09:31 amEMAILNOTICES>noWell, opening night has been and gone. 15 more shows to go.THERE ARE STILL SEATS AVAILABLE!Apart for a few very minor technical difficulties, the show went extremely well.Even my bits :- Hmmmm....Question : What is it about my legs that had everyone talking? I've never foundthem that interesting.Opening night was great and I'm sure it can only get better.Come and see a great show.Jeff.

Fri, 9 July 1999, 12:42 am> > Question : What is it about my legs that had everyone talking?> I've never found> them that interesting.It might be how they hang - are they 'Dead Hung' of are 'Fly'd' in for the show?If they are dead hung you have to ensure when they hang from the 'Boarder' they are dropped direct and clear the deck by the thickness of a leather sole, if you use a fly this can be much easier to preset, it's a bit of a grind, but well worth it when you 'Bump in & out'.Only because your legs were noticed, suggests maybe there is something missing or baddily folded, there is help available through local suppliers but this is a costly way to go about it. I suggest either hard or soft flats or profiled cut outs can be used to great effect. Or you just have to keep adjusting them, as there still is 15 chances for them to go un-noticed, as legs are just a supportive thing and should not over power the audiance, as you this can create bigger problems caused by swooning ect... on "Cue GO".> It is worth seeing Calamity for Jeff's legs alone.
