Adjudicator's Assessments
Thu, 10 June 1999, 10:04 pmAnother item from the ITA Link newsletter:"At the last meeting of the committee it was decided that all Finley Award adjudicators supply a written evaluation, to the club, of the play they have just assessed. Most of them do anyway but it has been optional and the feeling was that the director and others in the production might benefit from the comments. Some directors have pointed out that on occasions a review is received by the club and is not passed on to them. We would be grateful if clubs could establish a procedure to address this problem, as often the participants don't get any evaluation of their work that is serious and unbiased."
