The Woman in Black (gratuitous plug...)
Wed, 10 Mar 1999, 06:46 pm"The expression on her face... desperate, yearning malevolence... filled me with an indescribable loathing and fear. And she vanished in such a way that no living human being could possibly manage to do."I did not believe in ghosts."BLAK YAK Theatre presents their 1999 season premiere: THE WOMAN IN BLACKA young solicitor is sent to an isolated village to settle the account of a recently deceased client. Working alone in her isolated mansion, he is disturbed by a mysterious young woman, dressed in black, whose appearance unleashes a macabre sequence of events which culminate in a truly chilling twist...Disturbingly accurate sound and lighting effects combine with the superb acting of Fred Lawson and Nick Donald to present a production not to be missed.
