Re: Help!

> Grant - you were asking about WOMAN IN BLACK.It has a wonderful cast - Nick Donald, Fred Lawson and Joy Northover.Neil is keeping very busy.I hear from him once a day or so.Perhaps he is too busy calling me, to talk to you. In any case, you are notoriously difficult to find.I saw As You Like It the other night. Fans of Grant should definately see this show !! I was also really impressed with Helen McFarlane....took me a while to realise who she was....despite the big hair ?What has Samantha Cowan been in before this ? I can't remember. What a very bitty gossip post.....apologies to all ( and for my double post earlier ).DON'T FORGET JIGSAWS AT KADS FROM THIS WEEK.Kimberley

Re: Help!

Hi KimGlad to hear that Woman In Black is progressing well. If you are speaking to Neil please pass on my best wishes. Thanks for the kind words on AYLI. I think it's the best co-production so far by GRADS and UDS in the New Fortune (no false modesty here). But not everyone will agree - eh, Norma? ;)It was very good to see that the show attracted a substantial preshow wrap from *gasp* Ron Banks. Nearly half a page with a photo. Bank's sudden change of heart (for those that aren't aware he seems to have a policy of not attending anything "amateur") was probably largely due to Milson's involvement. But he did credit UDS and GRADS together with other community and "semi-professional" companies with keeping the Bard's works on our stages in the void left by our major companies.Samantha Cowan played Beatrice in last year's GRADS/UDS Much Ado About Nothing. She has also played a number of other roles for UDS and Theatre Studies at UWA throughout the year.Good luck with the auditions, Kim.AND BREAK A LEG FOR JIGSAWS AT KALAMUNDA:)CheersGrant
