I'm trying to find a copy of Jack Hibberd's "Dimboola", but apparently it's out of print. Can anyone help, please? No price too humiliating to be considered!

Re: Dimboola, anyone?

Hi MichaelI'm sure you had already checked the ITA Script Library here on the website. Ok, so it didn't have Dimboola. But no Hibberd at all!? I guess that speaks a little to many companies avoiding our local writers. Or perhaps, more charitably, it's just that Hibberd's scripts are so treasured by their owners that they haven't donated any to the library?I think i'm right in remembering that Celtic Circle Theatre did a production of Dimboola a few years ago. You could look up their details on the Clubs page and give them a call. For that matter, i think i have a copy on my shelf at home somewhere. I've just been a little busy and haven't remembered to look. Finally, i'd thoroughly recommend the Library and Information Services of WA (LISWA) website as a good starting point - they're on the Links page somewhere. They have an excellent collection of Australian scripts and even some performance sets with multiple copies.CheersGrant

When I go into the ITA office on Monday I'll have a look.Norma Davis (ITA Secretary)
