Casting Agents..Melbourne ???

PLEASE does anyone know of any REALLY good casting agencies around Melbourne .....already been bitten by one "dud" :( promised the earth ..handed over the money ...rotten photo's and never able to get in touch with them ...un-replied emails, always "just popped out of the office" or "in a meeting" !!!!!!!
