Here are a few suggestions: The Children's Hour by Lillian Hellman (mostly females with a few male roles )

These plays contain only female roles:

Steel Magnolias by Robert Harling
The Women by Claire Boothe Luce
The Vagina Monolgues by Eve Ensler
