Age?

To whom ever feels they can answer this.
I am aged 31 and have been well and truely bitten by the acting bug.
I have done about one years worth of night school training and have recently watched the NIDA Drama School documentary made a couple of years ago. The question I have is as a maturing person will my late attraction to thinking about acting as a potential career be a problem? Seeing mainly early to mid twenty something aged people seem to be those that attended NIDA in this doco.

Thanks for any feedback

You'll be glad to know that Al Pacino was 30 when he finally got the nod from the studio to play 'Michael' in ' The God Father ' and even then he was under watch and ready to be replaced. The entire Monty Python crew didn't crack it until they were into their 30's. And who can forget 'Bob Hoskins'. 35 when he finally got noticed. Some Actors are ready at 20 and some 50. We all come of age, like a fine wine. Relax and take it easy, if it happens its written, if it doesn't.... well it wasn't written... crack on and good luck.
