Bill Bozzone - contact deatils?

Hi, I'm looking to mount a production of Bill Bozzone's one act play Sonny DeRee's Life Flashes Before His Eyes.
I have the script but nothing in the way of contact details to negotiate royalties payments, etc. Anyone got any leads as to his agent or anything that'll help out?
