Calling all!
Sat, 1 May 2004, 06:13 pmHi, i'm 16 and directing/choreographing my school's Christian Rock Est. This act consists of 91 girls, they're all dancers, majority are all quite bitchy! And people up the back/with small roles etc hate me and make it rather obvious!
This is only a minority but still, I planned for everyone to enjoy themselves and have fun and learn more about God but they're not these girls are bringing my morale down.
I'm only a few years older than them all so there's not a lot that can be done!
I 'm really in the pits right now and there's only 14 days to go! I feel like quitting but know I can't. Many tears have been shed by me, it's constantly on my mind, I feel awful the whole time.
Is this normal director behaviour or am I going insane?
Any suggestions on how to help me!?

91 is alot to be managing i think even that you have got this far is a great achomplishment. I think youve just gotta focus on what u came to do. for those not listening or complaining youve gotta remiend them there is no "I" in team and there would be no front row without a backrow!
