It is so small in fact it is currently being considered by The Guiness Book Of World Records as the "Smallest Theatre in the World".Recently renovated, Acorn theatre now boasts comfortable seating (purchased from His Majesty's Theatre), reverse cycle airconditioning (we can now perform all year round) and a patio to keep our patrons out of the elements.Being a small theatre, the members (all 30 of them) like to treat their club as a training facility, Acorn boasts their own resident theatre/drama teacher. Mary-Lyn Morgan, a university graduate, specialises in public speaking and confidence building as well as theatre coaching and can be available for one on one sessions. If you like to enjoy inexpensive community based theatre then give Acorn Theatre a go. We're small in size but we pack a very large punch.
