Fri, 13 Feb 2004, 08:27 amThe Director is the Director, the Actor is the Actor, the director sees things differently than the actor, thats why we need a director. That is their role.
This does not mean an actor can't make suggestions, or assist some times in directions that may make the drama work, but eventually responsibility lays at the directors feet...
If you disagree with something the director decides, it would be appropraite to discuss any issues after practice, perhaps privately....
