New Poll - Theatrical origins

Thanks to whoever submitted this poll - another one in the 'demographics' vein.

At what age did you start theatre?

Poll doesn't define exactly what it means to 'start' theatre, so I leave it up to your discretion...do you count that skit you did in grade 3 at assembly, or do you take it from when you really 'got serious'? (and were they one and the same?)

Also, the poll doesn't account for your present age, so a 15 year old's answer will mean something different to a 50 yr old's if they both answer "6-10"....

Maybe longevity is the subject of a different poll...

Have fun!

How old were we when we first started theatre?

200 participants

34% (69 votes) were in the 11-15 age bracket
21% (43 votes) were 16-20
21% (42 votes) were 6-10

After that, 7% (15 votes) say they were too young to remember.

4% (9 votes) were 21-25
3% (6 votes) were 31-40

2% each (4 votes each) for the categories 26-30, 41-50, 51-60 and 61 plus.

'Too young to remember' may have been interpreted by some as, "I can't remember because I started when I was three"....and by some as, "I can't remember, because I started when I was 33"...
