Men @ Bumbury
Wed, 17 Sept 2003, 11:36 amI have just noticed that "The Men" is going on in Bunbury; I thought it was a Professional show?
But Bunbury might have changed their rules for this year, I haven't checked yet.
Any Idea?
Thanks

I know a few people who will probably be very pleased and flattered by that suggestion.
:-)
While a couple of people involved in the project have done some paid work in the theatre from time-to-time, no-one is being paid to do this project nor does anyone involved come close to the definition of "professional" provided in the the South West Drama Festival Rules; i.e.
2. No professional actor, producer, club, group or organisation can compete in the Festival. (Professional is defined for this purpose as "earning a livelihood in live theatre or being registered as a company or business."
