Spare a thought for the Cast & Crew of Tommy

I'm sure many of you would have heard about the Australian premiere production of The Whos' 'TOMMY'. Performed by Out Of The Blue Performing Arts at Panthers World of Entertainment, Penrith NSW.
After seven months of preparation and rehearsals everything was ready for thier preview performance on the weekend when there was a fire in the Evan Theatre where they were to perform the show. Initially Panthers rescheduled the show for 1 months time, but on Thursday they cancelled the show.
I'm sure we can all imagine how heartbreaking it would be to have a show not go ahead at such a late stage, especially not even getting to perform one show.
Please all spare a thought for the members of OOTB and wish them the very best of luck in thier efforts to reschedule the show at another venue. Keep an eye on thier website: http://www.tommythemusical.com for news, and please support them when they do reschedule.

I am playing a principal role in the show, and yes I was very dissapointed with the whole ordeal. The show is going ahead now at the Springwood civic centre late August, and at Parammatta river side theatre early September. Check 'out of the blue's web site for details.
