Looking for play suggestions - full length comedy with no (or minimal) set

Hi Everyone
I'm looking for suggestions for a full length comedy that I can direct that does not require a box set to work well - obviously this rules out door slamming farces and lots of the other comedies that I've come across.
It should ideally cause tears of laughter, have a small'ish cast (5-8 at most) and that's about it - ideally nothing to lewd but it doesn't need to be PG (15+?).
Any and all thoughts would be very welcome.

I estimate there are about a thousand recent titles in modern language, but only a handful have been digitally conserved. Let me know if you find any more like these:
