Hi Everyone I'm looking for suggestions for a full length comedy that I can direct that does not require a box set to work well - obviously this rules out door slamming farces and lots of the other comedies that I've come across. It should ideally cause tears of laughter, have a small'ish cast (5-8 at most) and that's about it - ideally nothing to lewd but it doesn't need to be PG (15+?). Any and all thoughts would be very welcome. Thanks in advance David

comedy suggestions on a zero budget

"Our boys" springs to mind see http://www.theatre.asn.au/blog/bedpanner These titles slip off the commercial database as the rights expire and publisher loses exclusivity. I estimate there are about a thousand recent titles in modern language, but only a handful have been digitally conserved. Let me know if you find any more like these: http://www.theatre.asn.au/blog/bedpanner/copyright_expired_scripts
