I told you so!!! An earnest actor!!!

Earnest Actor: I was reading some old programmes for the Storm The Stage talent competition over last weekend. I was lucky enough to be involved with the STS at its inception some years ago now. A young actor caught my attention then. His name was Scott Sheridan and I felt he had great talent then. Evidence of this can be seen now at the State Theatre Centre in Northbridge where Scott is proving m...y hunch of many years ago to be correct. He plays one of the young characters in The Importance Of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde. And he sure can woo the young lady too! Scott has a great stage presence and his confidence knows no bounds. This production of TIOBE again gives Perth audiences another chance to hear the humerous words of the master himself, Oscar Wilde. When we hear the funny dialogue we can identify many sayings which have become part of the English language. There are still a few chances left to experience the magic of Wilde at the State Theatre Centre. With St Patrick's Day behind us for this year we can finish off the month of March with a Wilde night out!!
