Looking for a wig

I am looking for a long dark wig that some nice soul would be willing to borrow to me for a one-off theatrical function this Saturday... Anyone?

I think it works either way. While it is generally accepted that in today's UK English vernacular, Lend me is more correct than Borrow me, in early English times, say Shakespearian, it was quite correct to say it the other way. In fact, in many places across the English Speaking world, Borrow is still the correct term.

As far as I can see, the constriction on Lend is a more recent convention.
