Dodgy agencies?

Has that bottom end agency called 'Sass And Bentley"shut down in Sydney? Their web site now suggests something else is going on in QLD.They are now into 'presenting' wtf?I wonder how all these so called 'agencies' can exist.How do all these BS start ups with no real industry experience get away with it? AND how do those scumbags that charge joining fees get away with it? No legit agent charges any up front fees for anything. Help!!!
