Playing Shakespear - John Barton - On DVD
Wed, 4 Aug 2010, 01:29 pmI have often heard it said that if you want to play Shakespeare then get your hands on John Barton's Book Playing Shakespear. Based upon a TV series done some years back now, it is considered essential reading by anyone doing or contemplating Shakespearian Theatre.
The TV Series will very shortly be available on DVD and I thought I should let everyone know. JB HiFi will be stocking this collection (3 DVD Box Set) for $40 as of the 12th this month from their online store. See the link below.

Tue, 17 Aug 2010, 11:59 amRgion coding doesn't concern me anymore, as all my players are "hacked" to read all discs. If you can, set your player to Region 0 so you can read everything.
Amazon is fast becoming my "one stop sop" for all this kinda gear...
