Youth Choral Ensemble: SE Suburbs Melbourne (GET OVER HERE, TEENS!)

Hi there, My name's Vi and I'm looking to hopefully start up a youth choral ensemble in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is for ANYONE WHO HAS ALWAYS LOVED SINGING, regardless of their talent - they could be a record-deal signed superstar or simply a shower singer, it doesn't matter. Hopefully we could emulate a little bit of GLEE; we'd attempt recent pop songs, musical theatre songs, jazz, rock - the whole scope of songs would be open to us! With any luck we'd set up a Soprano Alto Tenor Baritone choir group, although I'd hope to keep it small - a group encompassing more than, say, forty, would be a little difficult to manage, particularly if we had a small rehearsal venue. We would also hope to PLAY GIGS - I already have some fetes and event manangers interested in the proposal of a choral group performing for them at functions, as I have previously contacted them with similar ideas. Should the group expand we'd start thinking about auditions, a website, regular updates, e.t.c, then. We would also have weekly rehearsals, fortnightly at the very, very, very least. Rehearsal venues are already being looked at. At the moment I'm really honestly JUST LOOKING FOR SIMILAR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. Anyone who'd be willing to help out in the running of the youth choral group - in management, song sourcing, accompanists willing to throw their hat in the ring, and just people who would LOVE TO JOIN A YOUTH CHORAL GROUP THAT SANG SUNGS LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF GLEE! would be great.
