Does anyone else..........?

does anyone else feel the same irritation/frustration/annoyance with trying to phone BOCs for information???

I phoned to enquire about ticket avaiability for a certain show. After holding on for an age with it ringingI was about to hang up thinking that maybe everyone was on strike when the automated voice came on and told me to have my credit card available etc, etc and warning me that I must be the holder of same to order and collect tickets, there was no exchange or refund etc etc.I felt as if I'd just been admonished by the head mistress! 'The voice' then assurd me that I would be transferred to  a person. Much wirring noises later came silence then I got cut-off.

And I only wanted to know if there were seats available!!

So I'm taking a chance and turning up.
