When I saw your audition notices, I thought "good luck". You are doing plays with so many men! Believe me when I say, you will have a lot better luck, and dare I say a lot better quality of actors, if you did plays with more female roles. Its all statistics. I've been around long enough to know.

When you say 'students', are you talking uni or upper school?
