Auditions: 'The Great Unwashed'
Mon, 21 Jan 2002, 02:14 pm'The Great Unwashed' will be going up in April as part of the new Blue Room season. Written & directed by me, it's a comedy about a theatre critic who is kidnapped by a gang of hardcore sci-fi geeks after their favourite show is cancelled to make way for the critic's new arts programme. But she has little idea just how much she may have in common with her alien-costumed captors...
Two roles (Both female) are available:
Fenny: The abductee: A bitter, ageing critic
Jane: An actress-turned-geek-turned-kidnapper who
knows Fenny from her theatre days
Auditions will be held at The Blue Room on Saturday 2nd February: For more information or to book an audition, please ring me on 0417 968 929.
Cheers,
Cav.

Hi everyone,
I've had a few people email me about audition details. I should point out here that as I'm currently having to use internet cafes due to my computer's virus-related death a few months ago, I don't really get many opportunities to get at a keyboard. Please call me on the number supplied with my original post, as it'll ensure that you get whatever information you need straight away and, more importantly, you can book your audition there and then (I am booking people into specific times, so a phone call relieves all of us from unnecesary to-ing and fro-ing).
Having said all that, a big thank you to everyone who's shown an interest; those of you who haven't had a reply yet, please bear with me, I haven't forgotten.
Cheers,
Cav.
