Regarding the company in Sydney called "Extras Agency".

Regarding the company in Sydney called "Extras Agency". Does anyone know when you have an interview with this company if they ask for references for your previous employment? For example if you previously worked for a company as an administration assistant do they ask for their phone number for a reference or do they not ask for references? Please let me know.
