Venue Arrangements

I'm currently doing some research around the various arrangements that theatre companies have in regards to venues. I would really appreciate it if people could let me know what the situation is for their company. Do you have your own venue that you own or lease? Do you find a venue for a show and hire it? Are you a tenant at an arts centre, and if so, what kind of access/control do you have over the space that you use? Any responses would be most helpful :)
