Sorry Don, The song you're thinking of is "Long tall glasses" of which the title has nothing to do with the song except the opening line or two and then goes on to say "I'm sure I can...." then Iknow I can.." etc.

I think it's called "Broadway" but when you don't know an artist, it's really hard to locate. Anyways, thanks for the help!

It's actually from 'Legs Diamond' by Peter Allan and was subsequently used in those shows...but that's off the subject.
